In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
We’ll guide you through the 5 key stages of your treatment. Understand your body and trust the process.
When we hear “In Vitro Fertilization,” it’s normal for our minds to fill with doubts and, let’s admit it, a little fear. Will it hurt? How long does it last? What exactly happens in the lab?
At IREGCI, we believe that peace of mind is a fundamental part of success. That’s why we’ve prepared this transparent guide so you know exactly what to expect at each stage of your journey to motherhood.
Forget confusing medical terms. Here’s a step-by-step map of your journey.
In a natural cycle, your body releases only one egg per month. To increase the chances of IVF success, we need to “recruit” more.
Once the eggs are mature, we schedule the retrieval. This is the only day that requires minor surgery.
This is where IREGCI’s technology shines. While you relax at home, our team works for you.
It is the most emotional and anticipated moment of the process.
Once the transfer is complete, there is a waiting period of approximately 10 to 12 days until the pregnancy test. During this time, you will continue taking medication (progesterone) to maintain a receptive uterus. After this period, we will perform a blood test (Beta hCG) to confirm whether pregnancy has occurred.
IVF is a standard procedure, but technology and personalization make all the difference in the outcome. At IREGCI, we not only have state-of-the-art incubators that mimic the maternal womb, but we also tailor the Phase 1 medication to your specific genetic and hormonal profile, avoiding unnecessary discomfort and maximizing the quality of your eggs.
At Iregci we provide comprehensive and personalized medical solutions to overcome fertility barriers and achieve pregnancy.

If you have been trying to conceive for more than 12 months (or 6 months if you are over 35) without success, a medical evaluation is recommended.
Insemination places the sperm directly into the uterus, while IVF fertilizes the egg in a laboratory and then transfers the embryo.
Most procedures are minimally invasive and are performed with anesthesia or pain-reduction measures.
It depends on the couple’s age, diagnosis, method used, and overall health. A specialist can estimate your personalized probability.
Female fertility declines significantly from the age of 35 due to the quantity and quality of the eggs.
Egg, sperm or embryo donation can be used.
